Meet the Founder
Kia Ora, Hello and Namaste! I’m Ramneek Kaur – a digital marketer, a passionate project manager, and the Founder of Glocal Digital. And, although I have spent over a decade working with clients from all over the world, I didn’t start this way.
At the start of my career, I spent five fun years working at American Express, managing bank account reconciliation and serving as a Spanish language expert for the Latin American and South Cone region. Eventually, I found my calling in digital marketing during a training program while working at AmEx, and I knew I had to switch gears in my career. I enrolled in digital marketing courses and was fascinated by how SEO could make a huge difference in website ranking on search engines. The flexibility of working from anywhere in the world also supported my love for traveling, which further fueled my dedication and eagerness to learn more about digital marketing.

With years of experience under my belt, I wanted to start a new chapter in my journey of digital expertise. At Glocal Digital, our aim is to reach out to and help businesses with great zeal and enthusiasm using our wide network of remote-based specialists, each of whom has experience in multiple niches.
Independent Contracting / 2017 – 2023
As a freelance contractor, I used my experience from my previous companies to create holistic digital solutions and spearhead projects, scale businesses, handle clients, operations, and admin to ensure steady and sustainable growth.
TenFour Technology / 2021 – 2022
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at TenFour (client-side), I developed and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at boosting brand awareness and engagement. I also led a website redesign project for optimized SEO, UI/UX and lead generation.
Addictive Media / 2015 – 2017
It was at Addictive Media, a website design boutique, that I honed my passion for website design, testing, wireframing, and application testing. And I absolutely love working on website projects now.
